Welcome! It is a risky thing to attend a small church for the first time. Let’s be honest and frank. You will be noticed. But, you will not be smothered. The pastor will not call you out from the platform. As a guest, we will not ask you for money. And will will not present any way to God except through Jesus!

Women's Ministry

The womens ministry has a month craft night where they build a relationship and make a craft. This is fun and productive!

Mens Ministry

We will be starting a mens ministry in the fall of 26. It will invovle food, a task, and an opportunity to grow!

Mt. Sterling Nazarene Church gathers in-person and online every Sunday morning! There is something for the whole family every single week here, and you can plan a visit by clicking the button below. We would love to meet you!

We would love to have you join us as we journey together. We want to provide a safe place for you to encounter God and his church! There is power in joining our hearts and pointing them to Jesus. You got to experience that.

Where is does the church meet?

Our building is within a wonderful neighborhood in Mt Sterling. The address 400 East Franklin St. It is between East Union.

Where to I park?

There is a gravel lot in front of the building on Olive Street and another behind the building.

What do I wear?

Be comfortable. We are a pretty casual family!

What should I expect?

As you walk in the building you will be greeted and handed a guild (bulliten) for the service. This will usually have a page to take notes during the sermon. The Pastor will start the service with a welcome and a prayer. We will sing a few songs that wil lead us to a time of prayer followed by a teaching from the Word of God.

How long is a service?
